Self Drive is one of the best car hire companies based in London with a selection of different types of models and makes available to take away the same day. Self Drive is a Private Limited Company. We have a fantastic fleet of over 500 cars and are currently under the process of expanding and growing.

Our cars are known for its style, comfort and luxury. We deliever cars all around the country to your door step. For all needs such as: a weekend away from home, or special ocassion such a evnt or a wedding.

We aim to provide a satisfying service to our customers, making sure that they use us regulary and bring us more customers.

Our objective is to increase the profits so we can expand and grow in other areas of the UK.

Our USP (Unique Selling Point) is that we deliever the cars all around the counrty and within 24 hours.

Other businesses take more time, this helps us to achieve our objective, as most of the people prefer using us.

We have been established since 2010 and are achieving our goals and objectives firmly. We started off with 10 cars now we have managed to shift upto 500 cars up and down the country. Our customers believe in our cars and its performance to carry out their needed job. Therefore we deliever what we promise.

We have a very good Fleet of cars from Normal saloons to Prestige cars.













 In order to ensure that our customers have a fantastic experience with us, we ensure that all vehicles have breakdown recovery. All cars are fixed with factory fitted trackers and imbolisers, which prevents customer misusing the cars, which helps to reduce the expenses.

Target Market

My Target market is all people the aged between 21 and 60.

As these are the people that are most likely to drive the cars safely and with experience. The people that are likely to use the vehicles of self drive are people that dont have cars. Or a special car for a specicific requirement. For example a prestige car for a wedding or a 7 seater for a picnic or going out of town.

Its important to make sure that my target market is satisfied at all times, making sure that all their needs are achieved. Its important to make sure that you look after your target market, making sure that they are not upset from the service you have provided. Also its important to take into consideration the feedback which has been given, as this will allow them to identify their quality of service. Whether they need to improve it or not.

Marketing has been conducted all around the country by banners, posters and etc. We will launch a advertisement for Self-Drive. Our USP which is we deliever cars all around the country within 24 hours, this will help us to achieve our objective which is to increase profits. We have demands and customers from all around the country.

We have contracts and links with travel agencies and event organisers. They hire cars from us on a regular basis, our service promotes our company therefore we have more and more customers using us daily.

With a fleet of 500 cars we need 10 people working in the office just making sure that the documents are correct. Also 10 Drivers who pick up and deliever cars on a daily basis.

Admin staff should be able to use the computers frequently, making sure that they update and input the data properly. The system should be used properly making sure that every one can use the system and send appropiate documents to the customers such as Letters and promotional deals.

Marketing Skills

This is one of the most important skills which Self Drive has to offer. With creative and insentives to offer they can promote and bring more customers which helps to increase the profit of the business. Stable marketing techniques and stable results illustrates that profits will be stable. We need people working in teams who go up and down the country to advertise and promote Self Drive.

Customer Service

We need to make sure that upset customers are dealt with very well, so that they dont leak bad feedback and breaking customers. If some customers do feel upset, we need to resolve their problems by providing them with free rental or discount.

Terms and Conditions have been set by the organisation to make sure that no one breaches the contract, this helps to reduce problems that the organisation may face. One of the terms and conditions of the business, is that for a person to be able to drive a car of Self Drive they must be the age of 21 and above. And should hold a UK license for at least a year.

We esnure that we have a professional approach when we deal with customers, this means that we dont mislead or hide things from customers when they enter the contract or hire the cars from us. We have valid licenses for us to hire cars to customers and making sure that we insure the vehicles properly and valid documents for a car to be hired.

Health and safety is what we believe in. Our premises are very safe as they have been checked by external safety investigators. They have licensed us to be a safe working organisation. Also our cars are checked properly making sure that all the tyres, and engine is working properly. We understand that having some one being injured due to something being unsafe from the business will create a bad image.

Self Drive is a Growing Organisation in the Motor feild. We aim to deliver the best car hire service in London.

• By the End of 2014 we aim to have more than 1000 vehicles available to hire out to people of all needs.

• Our sales must increase by 40% as we are increasing the volume vehicles and are focussing well in Marketing. We aim to open more branches and expand into areas where demand rates are high.

• We need to build more links with Event Agencies and Travel Agents so people interested in hiring cars can easily reach us

• We need to open more branches in the Country, Such as Manchester and Birmingham.

As well as financial my business needs to grow and develop a good reputation. We should stand out for our service and style. We need to make sure that customer satisfaction is looked into well so our customers happy, this will make sure that our sales and growth is rapid.

Self-Drive is operating well and very stable. Its unlikely that they will face risks, however if anything happens there are plans to overcome the problem.

We negotiate firmly with suppliers and dealers of our vehicles to make sure that our expenses and output is reduced. This is normally used for Growth and Development.

Our expenses such as: Rent, Energy Bills, Labour, HP of cars, Insurance, Admin costs, Marketing and etc.

We try and lower them every month making sure that we can save some money for investment or for protection in a event of a risk. Also having cheaper mechanics and repairers and ect will help to lower costs and make it easier to pay off the debts.

Our Good Credit History and stability of the business will ensure that we can easily get loans and finance to use immediately. These loans could be used to pay off your expenses or investing into new cars and premises.
