Key Skills

Self-Drive is a fast growing business with a very good potential, we have managed to excel where oppurtunitys have been offered. We have managed to see the gaps in the market with skills and experienced staff and management.

My business needs to adapt different types of skills for the business to operate effectively and smoothley, because the market changes very quickly also we have skilled people who identify the economy and make decisions to avoid risks and failures.

Some of the Skills We Foccus On

Human Resources

This is one important skill which Self-Drive has managed to contain and deliver in the recruitmnt process. Its important to make sure that you recruit the right person for the right job. With a fleet of 500 cars we need 10 people working in the office just making sure that the documents are correct. Also 10 Drivers who pick up and deliever cars on a daily basis.











ICT Skills

Admin staff should be able to use the computers frequently, making sure that they update and input the data properly. The system should be used properly making sure that every one can use the system and send appropiate documents to the customers such as Letters and promotional deals.












Marketing Skills

This is one of the most important skills which Self Drive has to offer. With creative and insentives to offer they can promote and bring more customers which helps to increase the profit of the business. Stable marketing techniques and stable results illustrates that profits will be stable. We need people working in teams who go up and down the country to advertise and promote Self Drive.















Customer Service

We need to make sure that upset customers are dealt with very well, so that they dont leak bad feedback and breaking customers. If some customers do feel upset, we need to resolve their problems by providing them with free rental or discount.
